1 Quiénes somos

Somos los responsables de los datos que nos dejas al reservar una cita.

2 Qué datos pedimos

Solo lo necesario para darte la cita:

  • Tu nombre, para saber a quién esperamos.
  • Tu teléfono, para confirmarte la cita y avisarte por WhatsApp.
  • La cita en sí: día, hora, servicios y el barbero que elegiste.
  • Notas, si escribes alguna (por ejemplo, cómo te gusta el corte).
  • El idioma en el que reservaste, para escribirte en ese idioma.
💳 No pedimos ni guardamos datos de tarjetas. En esta web no se paga nada: se paga en la barbería.

No hay que crear cuenta ni contraseña para reservar.

3 Para qué los usamos

  • Gestionar tu cita y que tu barbero sepa a quién atiende y qué servicio.
  • Mandarte la confirmación y un recordatorio por WhatsApp.
  • Avisarte si hay que cambiar algo.
  • Llevar las cuentas del negocio (qué servicios se hicieron y cuánto).

No usamos tus datos para publicidad, ni te mandamos promociones si no nos lo pides.

📌 Llevamos la cuenta de las veces que un teléfono reserva y no se presenta. Sirve para decidir si pedimos confirmación o un depósito antes de guardar el hueco. Nada más.

4 Quién los ve

  • La barbería (el administrador) y el barbero que te atiende. Los demás barberos no ven tus citas.
  • Google (Firebase), que es donde se guarda la información de forma segura.
  • WhatsApp, cuando te escribimos: el mensaje pasa por ellos, como cualquier WhatsApp.

No vendemos tus datos ni se los cedemos a nadie más.

5 Cuánto tiempo los guardamos

Guardamos el historial de citas para llevar las cuentas del negocio, normalmente un par de años. Si nos pides que borremos tus datos, lo hacemos.

6 Cookies

No usamos cookies de publicidad ni de seguimiento. La web guarda en tu propio teléfono el idioma que elegiste y, si instalaste la app, algún ajuste tuyo. Eso no sale de tu dispositivo y se borra si borras los datos del navegador.

7 Tus derechos

Puedes pedirnos en cualquier momento que:

  • te digamos qué datos tuyos tenemos,
  • corrijamos algo que esté mal,
  • borremos tus datos,
  • dejemos de escribirte.

Escríbenos por WhatsApp al +1 (561) 673-5690 o dínoslo en la barbería. Lo resolvemos sin complicaciones.

8 Menores

Cortamos el pelo a niños, pero la cita la reserva siempre un padre, madre o tutor, y los datos que pedimos son los suyos. No pedimos datos a menores directamente.

9 Cambios

Si cambiamos algo, actualizamos la fecha de arriba. Los cambios importantes te los diremos cuando reserves.

1 Who we are

We're responsible for the information you give us when you book.

2 What we ask for

Only what's needed to give you the appointment:

  • Your name, so we know who we're expecting.
  • Your phone number, to confirm the appointment and reach you on WhatsApp.
  • The appointment itself: day, time, services and the barber you chose.
  • Notes, if you leave any (how you like your cut, for example).
  • The language you booked in, so we write to you in it.
💳 We never ask for or store card details. Nothing is paid on this website — you pay at the shop.

You don't need an account or a password to book.

3 What we use it for

  • Running your appointment, so your barber knows who's coming and for what.
  • Sending you the confirmation and a reminder on WhatsApp.
  • Letting you know if something has to change.
  • Keeping the shop's own records of work done.

We don't use your information for advertising, and we won't send you promotions unless you ask.

📌 We do keep a count of how often a phone number books and doesn't show up. It's only used to decide whether to ask for confirmation or a deposit before holding a slot.

4 Who can see it

  • The shop (the owner) and the barber who cuts your hair. Other barbers don't see your appointments.
  • Google (Firebase), where the information is stored securely.
  • WhatsApp, when we message you — it goes through them, like any WhatsApp.

We don't sell your information and we don't pass it to anyone else.

5 How long we keep it

We keep appointment history for the shop's records, usually a couple of years. If you ask us to delete your information, we will.

6 Cookies

No advertising or tracking cookies. The site saves your chosen language on your own phone, and a few of your settings if you installed the app. That stays on your device and disappears if you clear your browser data.

7 Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • tell you what information we hold about you,
  • correct anything that's wrong,
  • delete your information,
  • stop messaging you.

Message us on WhatsApp at +1 (561) 673-5690 or just tell us at the shop. We'll sort it out.

8 Children

We cut children's hair, but a parent or guardian always makes the booking, and the details we collect are theirs. We don't collect information from children directly.

9 Changes

If anything changes we'll update the date at the top. Anything significant, we'll tell you when you book.
